Zusammenfassung: | The present invention consists in the use of crustaceous wastes for obtaining chitin by means of the deproteinization with proteases. The wastes were previously treated with a buffer phosphorus solution and a potassium chloride solution for removing the sarcoplasmic and microfibrillar protein, this being subsequently demineralized with a solution of hydrochloric acid. During the treatment for removing the sarcoplasmic and microfibrillar protein, an 82% of deproteinization was obtained.
La presente invención consiste en el uso del desperdicio de crustáceos para obtener quitina mediante la desproteinización con proteasas. El desperdicio fue previamente tratado con solución amortiguadora de fosfatos y solución de cloruro de potasio para remover la proteína sarcoplásmica y miofibrilar, posteriormente se desmíneralizó con solución de ácido clorhídrico. Durante el tratamiento de remoción de proteína sarcoplásmica y miofibrilar se obtuvo un 82% de desproteinización. |
