Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides a prefabricated waterproof sheet with a ceramic aluminum gravel finish, which reflects the IRR of construction roofs, and the method for manufacturing the same. The method comprises milling and sifting the gravel for being mixed with an aluminum paste formed by water, sodium silicate solution, aluminum flakes. The dyed gravel is dried at a temperature of 250°C for forming a water resistant transparent film over the gravel, which includes the aluminum and the silicate arranged in a uniform manner. The gravel is cooled, stored and incorporated to the surface of the waterproofing composition in a continuous manner. La presente invención provee un manto impermeabilizante prefabricado con acabado con gravilla aluminica ceramizada, que refleja los RIR de techos de construcciones y el método de fabricación del mismo. El método comprende la molienda y cernido de la gravilla para mezclarse con una pasta de aluminio compuesta por agua, solución de silicato de sodio, aluminio en forma de hojuelas. La gravilla pigmentada se seca a una temperatura de 250°C para formar una película transparente insoluble sobre la gravilla en la que se encuentran el aluminio y el silicato distribuidos uniformemente. La gravilla se enfría, se almacena y se incorpora a la superficie del impermeabilizante en forma continua.
