ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT FOR TUNING WAVELENGTH AND STABILIZING CURRENT IN SEMICONDUCTOR LASERS

The present invention consists in electronic equipment for automatically regulating the current that flows through a Temperature Regulating System (TRS) which has a semiconductor laser mounted thereto that is intended to change the temperature according to an applied current obtained from the electronic equipment proposed for providing the tuned wavelength. La presente invención consiste de un equipo electrónico que automáticamente regula la corriente que circula a través de un Sistema Regulador de Temperatura (SRT) en el cual va montado un láser semiconductor cuya función es la de cambiar su la temperatura en función a una corriente aplicada proveniente del equipo electrónico propuesto para proporcionar la longitud de onda sintonizada.
