Zusammenfassung: | The invention refers to equipment for classifying coconut water, which is characterized in that it comprises a means for receiving the coconut water and a measurement section with an OD and pH sensor, which includes, at the end portion thereof, a means for regulating the flow that would limit said flow during the measurement and allow a larger volume to pass by gravity once the measurement has been performed; the sensors are connected to a central unit for controlling and processing the measured variables, including an electronic circuit with a microprocessor having a control algorithm, which also controls the different means for regulating the flow of coconut water; a second means for receiving the coconut water may receive the water with the measured CO and pH control variables, this means including at the bottom portion thereof, four means for regulating the flow and discharge of coconut water, these means being arranged in a predetermined manner and separated apart one from the ot her, also being actuated and controlled by the central processing and control unit, where each means is destined for each quality type of coconut water (very tender, tender, hardly mature and mature).
La invención se refiere a un equipo clasificador de agua de coco, caracterizado por comprender un medio de recepción de agua de coco y una sección de medición con un sensor de OD y pH y que comprende al final un medio de regulación de flujo que limita el flujo durante la medición y permite el paso por gravedad de mayor volumen una vez hecha la medición; dichos sensores estando conectados a una unidad central de control y procesamiento de las variables medidas, auxiliado con un circuito electrónico mediante un microprocesador con un algoritmo de control, que también controla los diferentes medios de regulación de flujo del agua de coco; un segundo medio de recepción del agua de coco que recibe el agua a la que se le han medido las variables de control CO pH, que comprende en el fondo cuatro medios de regulación de flujo y descarga de agua de coco, distribuidos en un arreglo predeterminado y separados entre si, los cuales serán accionados y controlados por la unidad central de control y procesamiento, donde cada uno está destinado para cada tipo de calidad de agua de coco (muy tierna, tierna, poco madura y muy madura). |
