AQUEOUS COMPOSITION FOR COATING AND METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION THEREOF

The invention presents improvements in a composition that provide an increased coating power and elasticity thereto, and reduced volatile organic compounds, this due to the use of a biodegradable synthetic homopolymer, which is environmentally friendly and ecological compared to the coatings currently available on the market, the invention including at least a vehicle, dye, a thickening agent, a dispersant agent, an antifoam agent, a primer, insoluble charges, a flavoring agent, vegetable oil, polypropylene, a pH regulator and a bactericide, as well as a batch manufacturing method based on a mixture that ensures the homogenization thereof. La composición propuesta presentar mejoras en la composición que le permitan tener un poder cubriente y elasticidad elevados, así como bajos compuestos orgánicos volátiles, lo anterior gracias al uso de un homopolímero sintético biodegrabale, amigable con el ambiente y considerado ecológico con relación a los recubrimientos que se encuentran en el mercado e incluye al menos un vehículo, pigmento, un agente espesante, un agente dispersante, un agente antiespumante, un sellador, cargas insolubles, un aromatizador, aceite vegetal, polipropileno, un regulador de pH y un bactericida así como un método de fabricación por lotes basado en una mezcla que garantiza su homogenización.
