The polypeptides are mutated at multiple positions to make them more effective when incorporated in antibody therapeutics than those having wild-type Fc components. La presente invención se refiere a anticuerpos y polipéptidos racionalmente designados que comprenden sustituciones múltiples de aminoácido de región Fc que proporcionan sinergísticamente selectividad aumentada y afinidad de unión a un receptor Fc diana.
