Zusammenfassung:Rationally designed antibodies and polypeptides that comprise multiple Fc region amino acid substitutions that synergistically provide enhanced selectivity and binding affinity to a target Fc receptor are provided. The polypeptides are mutated at multiple positions to make them more effective when incorporated in antibody therapeutics than those having wild-type Fc components. La presente invención se refiere a anticuerpos y polipéptidos racionalmente designados que comprenden sustituciones múltiples de aminoácido de región Fc que proporcionan sinergísticamente selectividad aumentada y afinidad de unión a un receptor Fc diana. Los polipéptidos son mutados en posiciones múltiples para hacerlos más efectivos cuando se incorporan en terapéuticos de anticuerpos que aquellos que tienen componentes Fc de tipo nativo.
