Zusammenfassung:The present invention is based on ingredients of animal and vegetable origin previously characterized in a chemical manner using the obtained chemical information, the formulation being performed considering the content of raw protein and profile of amino acids, raw lipids, fiber, ashes, humidity and digestibility in vivo. The ingredients are milled and weighted for being subsequently mixed. The mixture is performed by parts, starting with the major and dry raw materials, then adding the minor ingredients such as the pre-mixture of vitamins, minerals and dyes, finally incorporating oils of marine and vegetable origin. The product is manufactured by an extrusion process for the pre-fattening stage and by pelletizing for the fattening stage. La presente invención se elabora a base de ingredientes de origen animal y vegetal previamente caracterizados químicamente, en base a la información química obtenida, se procede a la formulación considerando el contenido de proteína cruda y perfil de aminoácidos, lípidos crudos, fibra, cenizas, humedad y digestabilidad in vivo. Los ingredientes son molidos y pesados para posteriormente proceder a la mezcla. La mezcla se realiza por partes, iniciando con las materias primas mayores y secas, posteriormente se van adicionando los ingredientes menores como son la premezcla de vitaminas, los minerales y los pigmentos, finalmente se incorporan los aceites de origen marino y vegetal. El producto se fabrica utilizando el proceso de extrusión para la pre-engorda y paletizado para la etapa de egorda.
