La invención se refiere a una secuencia de ADN que codifica para un polipéptido que tiene actividad de fosfolipasa, esencialmente sin actividad de lipasa, caracterizado porque la secuencia de ADN es seleccionada de a) secuencias de ADN que contienen una secuencia de nucleótidos de conformidad con SEQ ID NO: 1, b) secuencias de ADN que contienen la secuencia codificadora de conformidad cori SEQ ID NO: 1, c) secuencias de ADN que codifican la secuencia de la proteína de conformidad con SEQ ID NO: 2, d) secuencias de ADN que son codificadas por el plásmido pPL3940-Topo2.5 con el mapa de restricción de conformidad con la Figura 7, el cual está depositado bajo el número de acceso DSM 22741, e) secuencias de ADN que hibridan bajo condiciones astringentes con una de las secuencias de ADN de conformidad con a), b), c) o d), f) secuencias de ADN que están relacionadas con las secuencias de ADN de conformidad con a), b), c), d) o e) debido a la degeneración del código genético, y g) cadenas complementarias a las secuencias de conformidad con a) a f), caracterizadas porque la secuencia de ADN preferentemente es derivada de Aspergillus y más preferiblemente de Aspergillus fumigalzus, y un polipéptido que tiene actividad de fosfolipasa, esencialmente sin actividad de lipasa seleccionado de a) un polipéptido que es codificado por la parte codificadora de una secuencia de ADN como se ha definido anteriormente, b) un polipéptido que tiene la secuencia de conformidad con SEQ ID NO: 2 o una secuencia derivada de ésta, la cual puede ser obtenida por substitución adición, deleción de uno o más aminoácidos, c) un polipéptido que tiene una secuencia que tiene al menos 83% de identidad con los aminoácidos 1 a 299 de SEQ ID NO: 2, d) un polipéptido que es codificado por una secuencia de ácido nucleico que hibrida bajo condiciones astringentes con (i) los nucleótidos 55 a 1106 de SEQ ID NO: 1, (ii) la secuencia de ADNC contenida en los nucleótidos 55 a 1106 de SEQ ID NO: 1, (iii) una secuencia parcial de (1) o (ii) compuesta por al menos 100 nucleótidos, o (iv) una cadena complementaria de (i), (ii) o (iii), e) una variante del polipéptido que tiene SEQ ID NO: 2 conteniendo una substitución, deleción y/o inserción de uno o más aminoácidos, f) variantes alélicas de las secuencias de aminoácidos a) a e).</abstract><oa>free_for_read</oa></addata></record> |
