La presente invención se refiere a una novedosa pintura que tiene la propiedad de absorber la radiación infrarroja, manteniendo en el interior de los inmuebles una temperatura considerablemente inferior a la temperatura exterior. La pintura de la presente invención es una formulación que incorpora nanopartículas en una suspensión coloidal que se agregan a la pintura para proporcionarle las cualidades de absorber la radiación y disminuir la carga térmica.
