La presente invención se refiere a una composición farmacéutica oral en cápsulas con microesferas, que contiene un antihistamínico-antiemético, un antinauseoso y vehículos o excipientes farmacéuticamente aceptables; se refiere también al uso de dicha composición indicada para el tratamiento emesis y alergias en general, preferentemente para uso en embarazo.
