La presente invención describe formulaciones para galletas horneadas en láminas, de fruta y vegetales que tienen una ligera textura crujiente similar a la de una papa frita o galleta. Se combinan ingredientes no deshidratados con ingredientes secos y aceite para formar una masa, la cual después se forma a láminas y se corta en piezas.
