The adhesive is suitable for adhesive bonding of wood and woodbase materials or combination bonds thereof. Se describe un adhesivo en dispersión acuosa basado en acetato de polivinilo como aglomerante, el cual comprende uno o varios carbohidratos oxidados y menos que 4% en peso de solvente y de 0.1 a 10% en peso del (de los) carbohidrato(s) oxidado(s) con base en la dispersión. El adhesivo es adecuado para unión adhesiva de madera y materiales basados en madera o uniones de combinación de ellos.
