Zusammenfassung: | The invention comprises the application of phytoceutic compositions for poultry, which due to the commercial diet are more exposed to exudative reactions and free radicals. The compounds contained in said compositions have antioxidant and antimicrobial properties for inhibiting the harmful reactions of the free radicals and promoting the obtention of a better quality meat, reducing toxins and immune response. The compositions comprise extracts or concentrates resulting from the alkaline or enzymatic hydrolysis of different vegetable sources, which contain effective concentrations of two or more phenolic compounds, such as ferulic, coumaric, caffeic, protocatechuic and vanillic acid.
El presente invento comprende la aplicación de composiciones fitoceúticas para pollos de corral, que debido a la alimentación comercial, están sujetas a una mayor prevalencia en reacciones exudativas y radicales libres. Los compuestos contenidos en dichas composiciones, poseen propiedades antioxidantes y antimicrobianas que actúan inhibiendo las reacciones nocivas de los radicales libres, promotoras de carne de mejor calidad, minimizador de toxinas y respuesta inmune. Las composiciones comprenden extractos o concentrados de la hidrólisis enzimáticas o alcalinas de diferentes fuentes vegetales, conteniendo concentraciones efectivas de dos o más compuestos fenólicos, como el ácido ferúlico, coumárico, cafeico, protocatecoico y vainillínico. |
