Also provided are vectors and host cells including nucleic acid sequences coding for the proteases, methods for producing the proteases, enzyme compositions and methods employing said proteases. La presente invención está dirigida a proteasas ácidas novedosas, y de manera más específica a proteasas de la familia NSP24 y proteasas de la familia NSP25 incluyendo los fragmentos biológicamente activos de las mismas y con moléculas de ácido nucleico que codifican para esas proteasas. También se proporcionan vectores y células hospederas incluyendo las secuencias de ácido nucleico que codifican para las proteasas, los métodos para producir las proteasas, composiciones enzimáticas y métodos que emplean esas proteasas.
