Zusammenfassung:The present invention refers to a device for dispensing grains by rotating volumetric chambers, which consists of four pieces; a hopper, a dispensing case, a traction system and a configurable control circuit. The sizes and materials were selecting according to the purpose of the device. The operation thereof is the following: the grain being poured into the hopper, the configurable control circuit starting the engine in order to be clockwise rotated at a constant speed, a delimiting elastic comb sweeping the excess of grains from each chamber, preventing that said excess from being higher than the 50% of the grain size, which is the limit allowed by the case upon rotation. The grains of the chambers are poured through an outlet aperture located at the lower portion of the case, the grains being led to be subsequently used. The control circuit detects, by means of a sensor and the sensor disc, each time the chambers are unfilled and said action being interrupted once the desired amoun t has been discharged or when a jam is produced. La presente invención trata de un dispositivo dosificador de grano por cámaras volumétricas giratorias compuesto por cuatro piezas fundamentalmente; una tolva, una caja dosificadora, un sistema de tracción y un circuito de control configurable. Las dimensiones y materiales fueron seleccionados considerando la finalidad del dispositivo. Su funcionamiento es: el grano es vertido en la tolva, el circuito de control configurable enciende el motor haciéndolo girar en el sentido del reloj a una velocidad constante, el peine delimitador elástico barre los excedentes de cada cámara sin permitir que estos sean mayores al 50% del tamaño del grano, que es lo que permite la caja al momento de girar. El grano de las cámaras es vaciado por la abertura de salida situada en la parte inferior de la caja, este grano es conducido para disponer de él. El circuito de control, con el uso del sensor y el disco del sensor, detecta cada vaciado de cada cámara, realizando la interrupción una vez descargada la cantidad deseada o cuando se produzca un atasco.
