Zusammenfassung:The present invention discloses the isolation, cloning and use of genes of insecticidal crystal proteins from Bacillus thuringiensis. The present invention isolates a novel insecticidal crystal protein gene cry7Bal from B. thuringiensis subsp. huazhongensis YBT-978 strain, and said gene encodes a novel insecticidal crystal protein Cry 7BaI, which shows insecticidal activity against Lepidopteran insects. The present invention also discloses the gene sequence of the novel insecticidal crystal protein, uses suitable expression vectors to transform micro-organisms so as to express the product Cry7Bal encoded by the gene and make it exert the insecticidal activity of the protein against Lepidopteran pests. La presente invención describe el aislamiento, donación y uso de genes de proteínas cristalinas insecticidas de Badiius thuringiensis; la presente invención aísla un gen cry7Bal novedoso de proteína cristalina insecticida de B. thuringiensis subespecie huazhongensis, cepa YBT-978, y dicho gen codifica una proteína cristalina insecticida novedosa Cry7BaI, que muestra actividad insecticida contra insectos lepidópteros; la presente invención también describe la secuencie de genes de la proteína cristalina insecticida novedosa, usa vectores de expresión adecuados para transformar microorganismos, a fin de expresar el producto Cry7Bal codificado por el gen y hacerlo ejercer la actividad insecticida de la proteína contra las plagas de lepidópteros.
