La presente invencion esta dirigida a un tejido fibroso reforzado y lubricado que tiene una pluralidad de fibras. Una capa lubricante esta entrecruzada sobre las fibras para recubrir las fibras y para formar una superficie de soporte de punto sobre el tejido fibroso. La capa lubricante entrecruzada imparte extension y elasticidad al tejido fibroso para el uso en un articulo para el cuidado personal recubierto y comodo.
