La presente invencion incluye compuestos de la formula general (1) (ver formula) donde R' a R3 estan definidos como en la reivindicacion 1, que son adecuados para usarse en el tratamiento de enfermedades que se caracterizan por proliferacion celular excesiva o anormal.
