Invenţia se referă la procedeele de purificare a uleiului de floarea-soarelui de fosfatide şi poate fi utilizată în industria de prelucrare a grăsimilor şi uleiurilor.Uleiul din seminţe hibride de floarea-soarelui se obţine prin tratare cu apă supusă electrolizei. În calitate de agent se utilizează catolit cu valoarea pH 9,5...10,5.Rezultatul constă în micşorarea conţinutului restant al fosfatidelor în uleiul de floarea-soarelui.
