Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a plastic waste recycling process and can be used to produce different polymer products.The process, according to the invention, comprises the separation of polyolefins from the rest of waste plastic, pre-grinding of polyolefins and the rest of waste plastic to a size of about 50 mm and fine grinding to a size of 0.5...10 mm. Finely ground polyolefins and the rest of waste plastic are mixed in the ratio of (0.1...0.5):(0.5...0.9) parts by weight, respectively, afterwards there follows the homogenization and transportation of the obtained mixture at a rate of 0.2 m/s in an extruder, plasticization of the mixture at a temperature of 180...210°C to the production of a homogeneous mass, which is subjected to calibration, compression and molding.The proposed process allows of realizing an economical process without preliminary preparation of raw material (washing, drying), without environmental pollution with rinsing water and volatile gaseous waste.
Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de reciclare a deşeurilor de mase plastice şi poate fi utilizată pentru obţinerea diverselor articole polimerice.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include separarea poliolefinelor de restul de deşeuri de mase plastice, mărunţirea preliminară a poliolefinelor şi a restului de deşeuri de mase plastice până la dimensiuni de circa 50 mm şi mărunţirea fină până la dimensiuni de 0,5...10 mm. Poliolefinele şi restul de deşeuri de mase plastice mărunţite fin se amestecă în raport de respectiv (0,1...0,5):(0,5...0,9) părţi de masă, după care urmează omogenizarea şi transportarea amestecului obţinut cu viteza de 0,2 m/s într-un extruder, plastifierea amestecului la temperatura de 180...210°С până la obţinerea unei mase omogene, care se supune calibrării, presării şi formajului.Procedeul propus permite realizarea unui proces economic fără pregătirea preliminară a materiei prime (spălare, uscare), fără poluarea mediului ambiant cu ape reziduale şi deşeuri volatile.
