The summary of the invention consists in the fact, that the phytohormone determination method includes the settling extraction and separation from the extract, the subsequent evaporation thereof and the column chromatography 2 m x 4 mm of it with 5% SE-30 DMCS Cromoton W at a temperature of 60-240oC. The technical result of the invention consists in the simultaneous determination of more than one phytohormones in the same sample and the conduction of the analyses within 30 min. |
