Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to coordination chemistry and biotechnology, in particular to a new coordination compound of iron(III) with 2,6-diacetylpyridine bis(picolinoylhydrazone), which exhibits the properties of a biostimulant for the synthesis of extracellular lipases in the strain of Rhizopus arrhizus CNMN FD 03 mycelial fungi and can be used for creating biotechnologies for the production of lipolytic enzymes.According to the invention, a new coordination compound 2,6-diacetylpyridine-bis(picolinoylhydrazone)-bis(aqua)iron(III)-hydrate(1/2.5) nitrate with the formula [Fe(H2L)(H2O)2](NO3)3·2.5H2O, wherein H2L is 2,6-diacetylpyridine bis(picolinoylhydrazone). The claimed compound is highly soluble in water, thereby providing practical use as a component of nutrient media.Also, a nutrient medium for cultivation of Rhizopus arrhizus CNMN FD 03 fungi strain is claimed, which comprises, g: soy flour - 35.0; KH2PO4 - 5.0; (NH4)2SO4 - 1.0; [Fe(H2L)(H2O)2](NO3)3·2.5H2O - 0.005...0.015; drinking water - up to 1 L.The biostimulant provides for the achievement of the maximum lipolytic activity on the first day of cultivation. Invenţia se referă la chimia coordinativă şi biotehnologie, în special la un compus coordinativ nou al fierului(III) cu bis(picolinoilhidrazona) 2,6-diacetilpiridinei, care manifestă proprietăţi de biostimulator al sintezei lipazelor exocelulare la tulpina de fungi miceliali Rhizopus arrhizus CNMN FD 03 şi poate fi utilizată în elaborarea biotehnologiilor pentru obţinerea enzimelor lipolitice.Conform invenţiei, se revendică un compus coordinativ nou nitrat de 2,6-diacetilpiridin-bis(picolinoilhidrazon)-bis(aqua)fier(III)-hidrat(1/2,5) cu formula [Fe(H2L)(H2O)2](NO3)3·2,5H2O, în care H2L reprezintă bis(picolinoilhidrazona) 2,6-diacetilpiridinei.
