The compounds of the present invention have pro-apoptotic properties, which enable their use in diseases involving a defect in apoptosis, such as, for example, in the treatment of cancers, autoimmune and immune system diseases.Claims: 35 Invenţia se referă la compuşi noi de izoindolină sau izochinolină, la un procedeu de obţinere a lor şi la compoziţii farmaceutice care le conţin. Prezenta invenţie se referă, în special, la compuşii cu formula (I):unde substituenţii sunt definiţi în descrierea invenţiei.
