Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to electronics and can be used in direct current sources with accumulators as a direct current switch on and off device and as an accumulator discharge protection device.The accumulator switching and protection device comprises a bipolar transistor (V1) with p-n-p structure, parallel to its emitter-base junction being connected a resistor (R1), the emitter of transistor (V1) is connected to the "plus" terminal of an accumulator (Ac), and the collector - to the output terminal ("+ Uies") and the base, through a resistor (R2), - to the collector of a bipolar transistor (V2) with n-p-n structure, connected with the emitter to the "minus" terminal of the accumulator (Ac), connected to the output terminal ("-Uies"), and with the base, through a resistor (R3), - to the collector of transistor (V1), at the same time the base of the transistor (V2) is connected to the collector of a bipolar transistor (V3) with n-p-n structure, connected with the emitter to the "minus" terminal of the accumulator (Ac), and with the base, through a resistor (R4), - to the "minus" terminal of the accumulator (Ac) and, through a resistor (R5), - to a control terminal ("Input"), connected to a microprocessor connected in parallel to the accumulator (Ac). The device further comprises two switches (B1) and (B2), connected in parallel, respectively, to the collector-emitter and base-emitter junctions of transistor (V2), and a capacitor (C1), connected in parallel to the accumulator (Ac).
Invenţia se referă la electronică şi poate fi utilizată în sursele de curent continuu cu acumulatoare, în calitate de dispozitiv de conectare şi deconectare a curentului continuu şi ca dispozitiv de protecţie a acumulatorului de la descărcare.Dispozitivul de comutare şi protecţie a acumulatorului conţine un tranzistor (V1) bipolar cu structura p-n-p, în paralel cu joncţiunea emiter-bază a lui fiind conectat un rezistor (R1), emiterul tranzistorului (V1) este conectat la borna plus a unui acumulator (Ac), iar colectorul - la borna de ieşire (+Uieş) şi baza, printr-un rezistor (R2), - la colectorul unui tranzistor (V2) bipolar cu structura n-p-n, conectat cu emiterul la borna minus a acumulatorului (Ac), unită cu borna de ieşire (-Uieş), iar cu baza, printr-un rezistor (R3), - la colectorul tranzistorului (V1), totodată baza tranzistorului (V2) este conectată la colectorul unui tranzistor (V3) bipolar cu structura n-p-n, conectat cu emiterul la borna minus a acumulatorului (Ac), iar c |
