Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to plants for producing bio-methane in the biogas composition and can be used in various sectors of agriculture and processing industry for sewage water treatment and biogas production.The combined biogas-production reactor comprises a cylindrical housing with a tapered bottom (1), connected to a slurry discharge nipple (11) with a valve (12), a supply conduit (4) with an electromagnetic valve (25), which communicates with a colloid mill (6 ) with a biomass loading device (5), and a liquid discharge nipple (13), a cover (7), the upper part of which is provided with a biogas discharge system, which contains a cap hydraulic hitch (9), an electromagnetic valve (26) and a sensor (10) monitoring the CO2 content in the biogas, mounted on a biogas removal nipple (32), at the same time on the upper part of the cover (7) is installed a manometer (8) with electrical contacts. Inside the housing (1) are placed a charge (2) and a level gage (3) with electrical contacts. The reactor also includes a recirculation system, which comprises a pump (14), connected to a liquid discharge nipple (13), and communicates with distributing conduits (15) with electromagnetic valves (27, 28), at the same time the distributing conduits (15) through electromagnetic valves (27, 28) are coupled to a microfiltration unit (16), which comprises an ejector (19), which through an auxiliary gas conduit (20) with an electromagnetic valve (29) communicates with the housing (1), a bypass conduit (17) with valves (18, 31), which by means of a liquid flow velocity transducer (22) communicates with a recirculation conduit (21), placed in the lower part of the housing (1), and a discharge conduit (23) with an electromagnetic valve (30). The reactor also comprises a control unit (24) for automatic control of the biogas production process, to which are connected the valves (25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31), the sensor (10), the manometer (8), the mill (6), the level gage (3) and the transducer (22).
