Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to chemistry and biotechnology, in particular to the synthesis of a new coordinative compound of cobalt(II) and to a process for cultivation of microalga Porphyridium cruentum with the use thereof.According to the invention, a coordinative compound - tetraisothiocyanatocobaltate of bis(nicotinoylhydrazone)-2,6-diformil-4-methylphenol(methanol)(aqua)cobalt(II) is claimed.Also, a process for cultivation of microalga Porphyridium cruentum is claimed, which consists in that microalga is cultivated on a nutrient medium containing, g/L: NaNO3 - 5.0; NaCl - 7.0; KCl - 7.5; MgSO4·7H2O - 1.8; Ca(NO3)2·4H2O - 0.15; KBr - 0.05; KI - 0.05; K2HPO4 - 0.2; FeCl3·6H2O - 0.00027; ZnSO4·5H2O - 0.00002; CuSO4·5H2O - 0.00005; MnSO4·5H2O - 0.0003; H3BO3 - 0.0006; MoO3 - 0.00002; NaVO3 - 0.00005; the compound tetraisothiocyanatocobaltate of bis(nicotinoylhydrazone)-2,6-diformil-4-methylphenol(methanol)(aqua)cobalt(II) - 0.021...0.023 g/L and distilled water up to 1L, having the pH 6.8...7.2; at the temperature of 23...25°C, the lighting of 2000...3000 lx/cm2, with slow intermittent agitation.The result consists in increasing the antioxidant activity of the ethylic extract obtained from microalga biomass. Invenţia se referă la chimie şi biotehnologie, în special la sinteza unui nou compus coordinativ al cobaltului(II) şi la un procedeu de cultivare a microalgei Porphyridium cruentum cu utilizarea acestuia.Conform invenţiei, se revendică un compus coordinativ - tetraizotiocianatocobaltat de bis(nicotinoilhidrazon)-2,6-diformil-4-metilfenol (metanol)(acva)cobalt(II).De asemenea, se revendică un procedeu de cultivare a microalgei Porphyridium cruentum, care constă în aceea că se cultivă microalga pe un mediu nutritiv ce conţine, g/L: NaNO3 - 5,0; NaCl - 7,0; KCl -7,5; MgSO4·7H2O - 1,8; Ca(NO3)2·4H2O - 0,15; KBr - 0,05; KI - 0,05; K2HPO4 - 0,2; FeCl3·6H2O - 0,00027; ZnSO4·5H2O - 0,00002; CuSO4·5H2O - 0,00005; MnSO4·5H2O - 0,0003; H3BO3 - 0,0006; MoO3 - 0,00002; NaVO3 - 0,00005, compusul tetraizotiocianatocobaltat de bis(nicotinoilhidrazon)-2,6-diformil-4-metilfenol (metanol)(acva)cobalt(II) - 0,021...0,023 g/L şi apă distilată până la 1 L, având pH-ul 6,8...7,2; la temperatura de 23...25°C, iluminarea de 2000...3000 lx/cm2, cu agitare lentă periodică.Rezultatul constă în majorarea activităţii antioxidante a extractului etanolic obţinut din biomasa de microalgă.
