Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the biomass processing equipment and can be used in animal husbandry, processing and food industries, for the production of granular combined feed.The cooler-sifter for the conditioning of pellets contains a frame (1), on which is installed a sealed body, formed of a hopper (2) for cooling and accumulation of pellets with a level strain gauge (32), in the upper part of which is placed a cover (5) with a level strain gauge (6), deflectors (8) for uniform distribution of pellets and a pipeline (7) for the supply of air and pellets. In the lower part of the hopper (2) is placed an inclined sifter (15) set in motion by a mechanism with an eccentric (18) and mounted on elastic suspensions (13, 14), the bottom of which is made in the form of a sieve (16). Under the sifter (15) is placed a second conical hopper (3) for the collection of pellet waste and a third hopper (4) for the collection of cooled pellets, separated by a partition (30). In the hopper (2) is mounted a suction chamber (9) with a pipeline (10), connected to the second hopper (3) through an air duct (11), in which is installed a gate valve (12). In the lower part of the hopper (2) are fixed perforated inclined shields (19, 20) and two perforated flaps (26, 27) for controlling the pellet flow. The second hopper (3) is connected through a pipeline (28) to a fan (29). To the side walls of the sifter (15) is fixed a sieve (21), consisting of metal wires, welded to the rods with a step between them.
