Zusammenfassung: | The invention refers to biotechnology and can be used in agriculture for adaptation to ex vitro conditions of plants obtained in vitro.The process, according to the invention, includes washing and treatment of plant roots with 1% KMnO4 solution, then with a solution containing 25 mg/L of Moldstim during 2 min, plant bedding on soil substrate disinfected with 1% KMnO4 solution in plastic glasses covered with transparent film and cultivation thereof at a temperature of 25...27°C with the photoperiod of 16 hours up to the appearance of a new leaf.The result consists in increasing the number of plants surviving at the transfer from in vitro conditions to ex vitro conditions.
Invenţia se referă la biotehnologie şi poate fi utilizată în agricultură pentru adaptarea la condiţii ex vitro a plantelor obţinute in vitro.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include spălarea şi tratarea rădăcinilor de plante cu soluţie de 1% de KMnO4, apoi cu soluţie ce conţine 25 mg/L Mold-stim timp de 2 minute, plantarea plantelor pe substrat de sol dezinfectat cu soluţie de 1% de KMnO4 în păhărele de plastic acoperite cu peliculă transparentă şi cultivarea lor la temperatură de 25...27°C cu fotoperioada de 16 ore până la apariţia unei frunzuliţe noi.Rezultatul constă în creşterea numărului de plante ce supravieţuiesc la transferul din condiţiile in vitro în condiţii ex vitro.
