Zusammenfassung:	The invention refers to agriculture, in particular to long-term storage of fruits. The apple fruit treatment emulsion, according to the invention, comprises a mixture of ethyl esters of rape oil fatty acids and 0.9% of surface-active agent Triton X-100 dispersed in water in a ratio mixture:water respectively of 1:100. The result of the invention consists in increasing the fruit storage life. Inventia se refera la agricultura, in special la pastrarea de lunga durata a fructelor. Emulsia pentru tratarea fructelor de mar, conform inventiei contine un amestec de esteri etilici ai acizilor grasi din ulei de rapita si 0,9% de substanta tensioactiva Triton X-100 dispersat in apa intr-un raport amestec:apa respectiv de 1:100. Rezultatulinventiei consta in majorarea termenului de pastrare a fructelor.
