Method of frontal tooth restoration

The invention refers to the field of dentistry and may be used for restoration of the frontal tooth. The method, according to the invention, consists in that it is excised the softened dentin and there are prepared the margins of the root of tooth for restoration, it is treated the external one-third of root canal for fixation therein of a titanium post, it is fitted and fixed the post, it is carried out pickling of the root walls and margins, it is applied an adhesive. It is installed a matrix from the end of the lateral and oral surfaces of the root of tooth, introducing it into the gingival depression. Onto the installed matrix it is applied a composite layer corresponding to the enamel colour, there are formed the lateral and oral surfaces of the crown of tooth. It is carried out polymerization of composite and it is removed the matrix. It is carried out the adhesive and masking treatment of the post. Into the created carcass the composite is placed and polymerized in layers. Then it is corrected the form of the restored tooth and its occlusive interrelations with the adjacent teeth and antagonists, it is carried out the tooth grinding and polishing. Inventia se refera la stomatologie si poate fi utilizata la restaurarea dintelui frontal. Metoda, conform inventiei, consta in aceea ca se excizeaza dentina ramolita si se pregatesc marginile radacinii dentare de restaurare, se prelucreaza treimea exterioara a canalului radicular pentru fixarea in el a unui pivot din titan, se ajusteaza si se fixeaza pivotul, se realizeaza decaparea marginilor sia peretilor radacinii, se aplica un adeziv. Se instaleaza o matrice din partea suprafetelor orala si laterale ale radacinii dintelui, introducand-o in santul gingival. Pe matricea instalata se aplicaun strat de compozit ce corespunde culorii smaltului, se formeaza suprafetele orala si laterale alecoroanei dintelui. Se efectueaza polimerizarea compozitului si se inlatura matricea. Se efectueaza prelucrarea adeziva si de camuflare a pivotului. In carcasa creata compozitul se plaseaza si se polimerizeaza pe straturi. Apoi se corecteaza forma dintelui restaurat si corelatiile lui ocluzale cu dintii vecini si antagonisti, se realizeaza slefuirea si lustruirea dintelui.
