Method of hip replacement with cemented prosthesis

The invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and may be used in cases of massive defects in the acetabular region. The method of hip replacement with cemented prosthesis consists in that there are removed the unstable femoral endoprosthesis and the devitalized tissues, granulations and sclerotic masses from the acetabular region and the proximal part of femoral bone. There are freshened and simulated the surfaces of the cotyloid cavity walls, it is reconstructed the cotyloid cavity with the help of bone cortical allografts, at the same time one allograft is installed from the apex of the cotyloid cavity defect up to its anterior column, the second allograft from the apex of the cotyloid cavity defect up to its posterior column, and between them it is installed the third allograft and they are fixed. Then the installed bone allografts are simulated in imitation of acetabular component of the femoral endoprosthesis, and between them there are installed short allografts. Into the reconstructed cotyloid cavity it is fixed a roborant ring, it is carried out the cement fixation of a polyethylene cup and installation of the new endoprosthesis components. Inventia se refera la medicina, si anume la traumatologie si ortopedie, si poate fi utilizata in cazul defectelor masive in regiunea acetabulara. Metoda de reendoprotezare a articulatiei soldului cuproteza cimentata consta in aceea ca se inlaturaendoproteza instabila a articulatiei soldului si tesuturile neviabile, granulatiile si masele sclerozate din regiunea acetabulara si partea proximalaa femurului. Se improspateaza si se modeleaza suprafetele peretilor cavitatii cotiloide, se reconstruieste cavitatea cotiloida cu ajutorul alotransplantelor osoase corticale, totodata un alotransplant se plaseaza de la varful defectului cavitatii cotiloide pana la coloana anterioara a ei, al doileade la varful defectului cavitatii cotiloide pana la coloana posterioara a ei, iar intre ele se plaseaza al treilea alotransplant si se fixeaza. Apoi alotransplantele osoase instalate se modeleaza dupa componenta acetabulara a endoprotezei articulatiei soldului, iar intre ele se plaseaza alotransplante mici. In cavitatea cotiloida reconstruita se fixeaza un inel de ranfort, se efectueaza fixarea cu ciment a unei cupe din polietilena si asamblareacomponentelor noii endoproteze.
