The invention relates to the commutation devices meant for man and animal protection from electrocution, as well as for protection from disconnection of one of the phases of the electrotechnical installations.The device contains a leakage current transducer (1), a preamplifier (2), a comparator (3), a time delay point (4), a thyristor-switch (5) and an interposing relay P2, all being coupled in series, connected to a three-phase network with neutral wire. Between the linear outputs of the device A2, B2, C2 and the neutral wire N there are additionally connected the resistors R1, R2, R3 of equal potential.
