Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the wine industry, in particular to an installation for neutralization of wine-making by-products containing Berlin blue. The installation, according to the invention, includes a capacity for by-product dilution (8), three capacities for preparation of the lime cream (11), the HCl (13) and FeCl3 (14) solutions, correspondingly, a battery of 7 capacities joined cyclically for ferrocyanide dissolution with lime cream and subsequent washing of the solid phase with water (1-7), a capacity-reactor for collection of the solid phase with the solubilized ferrocyanides, neutralization thereof with HCl solution and reprecipitation of the Berlin blue with FeCl3 solution (9), a filter for concentration of the Berlin blue and of the neutralized by-products (12) and a capacity for collection thereof (10). At the same time, the capacity for by-product dilution (8), the capacity for lime cream preparation (11), the capacity-reactor (9) and the capacity for neutralized by-products collection (10) are joined with each of the 7 capacities of the battery (1-7), the capacities for preparation of HCl (13) and FeCl3 (14) solutions are joined with the capacity-reactor (9), the latter and the capacity for neutralized by-products collection (10) being joined with the filter (12). Inventia se refera la industria vinicola, in special la o instalatie pentru neutralizarea deseurilor vinicole ce contin albastru de Prusia. Instalatia, conform inventiei, include un vas pentru diluarea deseurilor (8), trei vase pentru prepararea respectiv a laptelui de var (11), solutiilor de HCl (13) si de FeCl3 (14), o baterie din sapte vase unite ciclic pentru solubilizarea ferocianurilor cu lapte de var si spalarea ulterioara a fazei solide cu apa (1-7), un vas-reactor pentru colectarea fazei lichide cu ferocianurile solubilizate, neutralizarea lor cu solutie de HCl si resedimentarea albastrului de Prusia cu solutie de FeCl3 (9), un filtru pentru concentrarea albastrului de Prusia si a deseurilor neutralizate (12) si un vas pentru colectarea acestora (10). Totodata vasul pentru diluarea deseurilor (8), vasul pentru prepararea laptelui de var (11), vasul-reactor (9) si vasul pentru colectarea deseurilor neutralizate (10) sunt unite cu fiecare din cele 7 vase ale bateriei (1-7), vasele pentru prepararea solutiilor de HCl (13) si de FeCl3 (14) sunt unite cu vasul-reactor (9), acesta si vasul pentru colectarea deseurilor neutralizate (10) fiind unite cu filtrul (12).
