| Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of optoelectronics and is meant for fine phase control in the systems for transmission and processing of optical information. The optical phase shifter includes a core, a shell and a control element, placed outside the shell. Novelty of the invention consists in that the core is made in the form of disperse colloidal medium of Y3Fe5O12 powder and cedar oil, the shell is formed as a quartz tube, and as control element it is used a coaxially placed inductance coil.
