Combined method of treatment of locally spread malignant cephalic and neck cancers

The invention refers to medicine, in particular to oncology and may be used for treatment of locally spread malignant cephalic and neck cancers.Summary of the invention consists in that it is carried out the radiotherapy with a dose of 2 Gy to a sitting, the treatment cure being of 40 Gy. At the same time, it is additionally carried out the hyperthermia with electromagnetic waves with a frequency of 915 mHz, at a temperature of 42,0...42,5°C, the exposure within 60 min, 2...3 times to a cure. Then it is carried out the single-step cryodestruction in 3...4 applications and it is applied the laser therapy (He-Ne) with a power of 400...800 mW/cm2 and the exposure within 1...3 min. Invenţia se referă la medicină, în special la oncologie şi poate fi utilizată pentru tratamentul tumorilor maligne cu răspândire locală ale tegumentelor şi mucoaselor capului şi gâtului.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că se efectuează radioterapia cu o doză a câte 2Gy la o şedinţă, cura de tratament fiind de 40Gy.
