Zusammenfassung: | The invention refers to agriculture, namely to the plant protection and may be applied for obtaining means of controlling the injurious insects of agricultural, forest and decorative plants.The process for polyviral bioinsecticide obtaining includes accumulation of biomass of the baculoviruses, isolated from phytophase larvae, titration of viruses, congelation at the temperature of -10...-30°C, comminution up to the dimensions of 90 µm, adsorption of viruses on methyl silicone at a pH 5...7, in the increasing order of the viral particles dimensions and addition of lactose in the amount of 5% of the bioinsecticide mass, in the capacity of baculoviruses being used 2...5 strains of nuclear polyhedrosis viruses and 2...5 strains of granulosis virus, taken in the amount of 10...15% of the bioinsecticide mass, and the adsorption of nuclear polyhedrosis viruses and granulosis viruses is carried out separately on different matrixes of methyl silicone, which afterwards are mixed.The result consists in increasing the degree of virus adsorption on the adsorbent matrix, the effectiveness and the bioinsecticide storage life.
Invenţia se referă la agricultură, în special la protecţia plantelor şi poate fi aplicată pentru obţinerea mijloacelor de combatere a insectelor dăunătoare ale plantelor agricole, silvice, medicinale şi decorative.Procedeul de obţinere a bioinsecticidului poliviral include acumularea biomasei de baculovirusuri, izolate din larve native ale insectelor fitofage, titrarea virusurilor, congelarea la temperatura de -10...-30°C, fărâmiţarea până la dimensiuni de 90 µm, adsorbirea virusurilor pe polimetilsiloxan la pH 5...7, în ordinea creşterii dimensiunilor particulelor virale şi adăugarea lactozei în cantitate de 5% din masa bioinsecticidului, totodată în calitate de baculovirusuri se utilizează 2...5 suşe ale virusurilor poliedrozei nucleare şi 2...5 suşe ale virusurilor granulozei, luate în cantitate de 10...15% din masa bioinsecticidului, iar adsorbirea virusurilor poliedrozei nucleare şi virusurilor granulozei se efectuează separat pe matriţe diferite de polimetilsiloxan, care apoi se amestecă.Rezultatul constă în sporirea gradului de adsorbţie a virusurilor pe matriţa adsorbentului, a eficacităţii şi termenului de păstrare a bioinsecticidului.
