The invention refers to medicine, in particular to surgery and may be used for the correction of portal hypertension in case of hepatic cirrhosis. Summary of the invention consists in that it is carried out the extended laparotomy, there are mobilized the gastrosplenic, splenophrenic and splenocolic ligaments, afterwards it is separated and ligated over this period the lineal artery. After its ligature it is carried out the hydraulic preparation and then it is sectioned the visceral peritoneum of the spleen. Then it is carried out the decapsulation of the left kidney onto the anterior surface and the transposition of the spleen into the retroperitoneal space with the organoanastomosis formation between the spleen, the greater omentum and the left kidney, afterwards it is restored the parietal peritoneum and the wound is sutured in layers.
