Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a process for obtaining nanodispersed titanium dioxide, which can be used in processes for photocatalytic treatment and neutralization of natural and sewage waters, as well as in different branches of industry.The process includes the anodic treatment of metallic titanium in an electrolyte containing ammonium bifluoride, sulfuric acid, potassium-titanium oxalate and diethylene glycol in the following component ratio, g/L:at a current density of 1...2.5 A/cm2, a voltage across the electrodes of 100...140 V, for 60...160 min, under uniform conditions of temperature rising from 10 to 50°C (variant 1) or anodic treatment is carried out first in cold electrolyte at the temperature of 10...20°C, for 60...120 minutes, and then in electrolyte heated to a temperature of 30...50°C, for 20...40 minutes, followed by subsequent resumption of the cycle of anodic treatment (variant 2), the formed nanodispersed titanium dioxide is subjected to thermal treatment at 350 ... 450°C, for 0.5 ... 1.0 hours.
Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a dioxidului de titan nanodispers, care poate fi aplicat în procesele de epurare fotocatalitică şi denocivizare a apelor naturale şi reziduale, precum şi în diverse domenii ale industriei.Procedeul include prelucrarea anodică a titanului metalic în electrolit ce conţine hidrogenofluorură de amoniu, acid sulfuric, oxalat de potasiu-titan şi dietilenglicol în următorul raport al componentelor, g/L:la o densitate a curentului de 1...2,5 A/cm2,o tensiune la electrozi de 100...140 V, timp de 60...160 min în regim uniform de creştere a temperaturii de la 10 la 50°C (varianta 1) sau prelucrarea anodică se efectuează mai întâi în electrolit rece la temperatura de 10...20°C, timp de 60...120 min, apoi în electrolit încălzit până la o temperatură de 30...50°C, timp de 20...40 min cu reiniţierea ulterioară a ciclului de prelucrare anodică (varianta 2), dioxidul de titan nanodispers format se supune prelucrării termice la 350...450°C, timp de 0,5...1,0 oră.
