The invention refers to the field of public nourishment and private life, in particular to the kitchen equipment, namely to vessels for thermal treatment of food products.The device for thermal treatment of food products contains a housing provided with handles, in the upper part of the wall of which it is installed a connecting piece, as well as a capacity for boiling, placed into the housing with an interstice and fixed to it. The bottom of the housing is executed perforated. In the interstice between the lateral walls of the housing and the capacity for boiling it is disposed a metal-fibrous stratum. The connecting piece is joined with a hollow perforated ring, which is fixed onto the outer surface of the lateral wall of the capacity for boiling in the upper part thereof, with that between the hollow ring and the inner surface of the housing wall it is formed an interstice. The capacity for boiling is made with exterior flanged edge, the exterior diameter of the annular edge of which is greater than the housing diameter.The result consists in increasing the intensity of heating and in providing for the uniform distribution of the temperature along the whole heating surface. Ştuţul este unit cu un inel perforat cav, care este fixat pe suprafaţa exterioară a peretelui lateral al capacităţii de fierbere în partea superioară a ei, totodată între inelul cav şi suprafaţa interioară a peretelui mantalei este format un interstiţiu. Capacitatea de fierbere este executată cu bordurare exterioară, diametrul exterior al bordurii inelare fiind mai mare decât diametrul mantalei.Rezultatul constă în creşterea intensităţii de încălzire şi în asigurarea distribuţiei uniforme a temperaturii pe toată suprafaţa de încălzire.
