Invenţia se referă la industria alimentară.Procedeul conform invenţiei include tratarea nucilor într-o instalaţie cu curenţi de frecvenţă supraînaltă de 970 MHz, până la atingerea umidităţii necesare, puterea circuitului oscilant al instalaţiei fiind de 750 W.Rezultatul constă în reducerea duratei procesului de uscare şi în ameliorarea calităţii produsului finit.
