Roller press for extracting juice from sweet sorghum stems

The invention relates to roller presses for extracting juice from sweet sorghum stems and can be used in the production of biofuel or in the food industry. The roller press for extracting juice from sweet sorghum stems contains three press rollers, mounted one (2) in the upper part and two (3) in the lower part, forming two squeeze spaces (I, II), and a feed roller (11). The press (2, 3) and feed (11) rollers are installed on a frame and actuated by an electric motor through a gearbox and clutches with gear wheels. The press also contains a guide bar (7) of bagasse from the first squeeze space (I) into the second (II), two chutes (8, 9) for feeding sorghum stems into the first squeeze space (I) and for outlet of bagasse, and a juice accumulation vessel (10). The feed roller (11) is equipped with blades of elastic material, fixed thereon, the width of which is equal to the working width of the press rollers (2, 3). The advantages are to provide the feeding of sorghum stems into the juice squeeze space along the full working width of the press rollers and the adjustment of the stem compaction degree by modifying the gap size between the rollers. Inventia se refera la prese cu valturi pentru extragerea mustului din tulpini de sorg zaharat si poate fi utilizata la fabricarea biocombustibilului sau in industria alimentara. Presa cu valturi pentru extragerea mustului din tulpini de sorg zaharat contine trei valturi de presare, amplasate unul (2) in partea de sus si doua (3) in partea de jos, formand doua spatii de stoarcere (I, II), si un valt de alimentare (11). Valturile de presare (2, 3) si alimentare (11) sunt instalate pe un cadru si actionate de un motor electric prin intermediul unui reductor si al ambreiajelor cu roti dintate. Presa mai contine o placa de ghidaj (7) al bagasei din primul spatiu de stoarcere (I) in al doilea (II), doua jgheaburi (8, 9) pentru debitarea tulpinilor de sorg in primul spatiu de stoarcere (I) si pentru evacuarea bagasei, si un recipient pentru acumularea mustului (10). Valtul de alimentare (11) este dotat cu palete din material elastic, fixate pe el, latimea carora este egala cu latimea de lucru a valturilor de presare (2, 3). Avantajele constau in asigurarea debitarii tulpinilor de sorg in spatiul de stoarcere a mustului pe toata latimea de lucru a valturilor de presare si reglarii gradului de indesare a tulpinilor prin modificarea marimii jocului dintre valturi.
