Device and method of melanoma treatment

he invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology, and may be used for treatment of melanoma and simplex carcinoma of the skin. Summary of the invention consists in that the device consists of two tubes placed one inside the other with an annular interstice of 1,0...1,5 cm and joined by means of several rigid fixing rods. The ends of the tubes coming into contact with the skin are placed in a plane and the opposed end of the internal tube, made prominent about the end of the external tube, ensures introduction of the liquid nitrogen into the annular interstice.The method of melanoma treatment consists in the limitation of the operative field, application of the claimed device with the internal tube positioning above the tumor, afterwards the liquid nitrogen is poured into the annular interstice and the adjacent tissues are destroyed in order to limit spreading of the tumor cells, then the liquid nitrogen is poured into the internal tube for tumor destruction and it is carried out plasty of the soft tissues.Claims: 3Fig.: 1
