Pharmaceutical aerosol composition and method of treatment of respiratory affections

It is claimed a pharmaceutical aerosol composition, containing a pulverulent medicine, fluorocarbon or hydrogen-containing chlorofluorocarbon propellant and a surface-active agent of general formula (I)wherein n represents an integral number covered between 1...18;m represents an integral number covered between 0...17;R1, R2 and R3 each independently a hydrogen atom or C1-4 alkyl group.It is also claimed a method of treatment of respiratory affections by means of such pharmaceutical composition. Este revendicată o compoziţie farmaceutică de aerosol, ce conţine medicament pulverulent, propelent de fluorură de carbon sau clorfluorură de carbon cu conţinut de hidrogen şi substanţă tensioactivă cu formula generală (I):în care n reprezintă un număr întreg cuprins între 1 ... 18;m reprezintă un număr întreg cuprins între 0 ...17;R1, R2 şi R3 fiecare independent reprezintă un atom de hidrogen sau o grupă C1-4alchil.De asemenea este revendicată o metodă de tratament al afecţiunilor respiratorii cu ajutorul acestei compoziţii farmaceutice.
