Zusammenfassung: | The invention refers to the tobacco industry, in particular to a process for after harvesting treatment of tobacco leaves, a fermentation chamber and a humidifier for tobacco moistening in the fermentation chamber and may be used by the factories-producers of tobacco. The process for tobacco leaf fermentation includes charging of the fermentation chamber with tobacco bales, creation of the temperature-humid condition and air circulation up to the complete fermentation of the tobacco leaves, wherein creation of the temperature-humid condition and circulation are carried out by air preparation in the fermentation chamber. The tobacco fermentation chamber, made thermo-insulating, contains devices for placement of tobacco bales. Inside the fermentation chamberit is additionally installed an air generator, containing of the consecutively mounted fan, air heater and humidifier. The humidifier contains a body, a tray with water and moistening elements of hygroscopic fabric, wherein the moistening elements are arranged in waves in at least one row so that the lower part of the wave is situated into the tray with water and the upper part of the wave is placed above the tray with the possibility of blowing over with air, the humidifier additionally being provided with shutters for regulation of the air flow. The result consists in reducing the power consumption due to the placement of the air generator immediately in the fermentation chamber and in the simplification thereof.Claims: 9Fig.: 3 |
