Drawing roller of the machine for corn cutting of the corncobs in the milky-wax ripeness phase

The invention refers to the food industry, in particular to the drawing rollers of the machine for corn cutting off the corncobs in the milky-wax ripeness phase. The drawing roller contains means for corncob catching during drawing thereof out the knife head. Summary of the invention consists in that the roller is made compound, on its hub there are installed catching means in the form of flat sprockets, containing teeth, separated by the spacer ring and rigidly joined the hub by means of tightening means. The sprockets are installed into the driven shafts and distributed one about the other at a distance, which could provide engagement of the sprockets teeth with both ends of the corncobs. The teeth of the flat sprockets are obtained by the intersection of the cylindrical exterior surface with the surfaces of the cuts between the teeth and the plane face surfaces. Into the hub body it is made a through hole, on the walls of which it is executed a thread.The result consists in the possibility of individual manufacture of the catching means and increasing the wear resistance of the rollers.Claims: 3Fig.: 6
