Summary of the invention consists in that after removal of the mammary gland affected by the regional lymphatic ganglions at all levels and drainage, there are applied musculocutaneous sutures for long compression by impervious suture of the skin flaps with surgical nonabsorbable kapron. Afterwards, the operative wound is sutured in layers.The result of the invention consists in the amelioration of processes for the regeneration of postoperative wounds and prophylaxis of purulent complications.Claims: 1 |
