The invention relates to medicine, especially to the therapy and infectious diseases, and can be used for the complex treatment of herpes zoster.Summary of the invention consists in that on the 1st, 5th and 9th day of treatment, 200 mL of a 0.9% ozonized NaCl solution is administered intravenously, with an ozone concentration of 5 µg, on the 2nd, 4th, 6th and 8th day, 300 mL of venous blood is collected from the patient, which is ozonized, with an ozone concentration of 20 µg/mL and transfused to the patient, and on the 3rd, 7th and 10th day, intestinal insufflations are performed with an ozone-oxygen gas mixture in a volume of 200 mL, with an ozone concentration of 35 µg/mL, also, daily, after each specified procedure, injections are made to the patient around the foci of skin lesions with 0.2 mL of an ozone-oxygen gas mixture, with an ozone concentration of 5 µg/mL. Concomitantly, daily, twice a day, it is applied an ointment containing the following ratio of components (wt.%): 30% tocopherol solution - 30.0...35.0, anesthesin - 4.0...5.0, 70% dimethyl sulfoxide solution - 10.0...15.0, 5% ascorbic acid solution - 2.5...3.5, lanolin - the rest. At the same time, for 10 days, it is daily administered one capsule per day with a biologically active phytotherapeutic mixture containing the following ratio of components (wt.%): dry extract of amaranth seeds 24...16, dry extract of wormwood leaves 34...37, dry extract of dihydroquercetin 13...15, dry extract of walnut shells 12...15 and dry extract of dandelion root 12...15.
