Invenţia se referă la zootehnie, şi anume la nutriţiaraţelor crescute pentru producţia de carne.Procedeul de hrănire a raţelor prevede includerea biomasei uscate deStreptomyces fradiaeCNMN-Ac-11 cu concentraţia de 3,2×1011UFC/g în componenţa nutreţului combinat în cantitate de 0,1% de biomasă şi hrănirea raţelor în perioada de vârstă de 1-126 de zile cu asigurarea unui regim alimentar la discreţie.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în sporirea cantităţii şi calităţii cărnii de raţă, şi anume, sporirea randamentului la sacrificare, scăderea cantităţii de grăsime, sporirea valorii nutritive a cărnii.
