Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the resistance of plants to the root knot nematode destructive action.Summary of the invention consists in the fact that for obtaining plants resistant to the root knot nematodes infestation, it is effectuated the identification of the infest plant gene which is expressed into the nematode nutritive locus. The promoter of the gene nutritive locus is separated and associated with the sequence, which is coding the molecule hostile to the infestation with the root-knot nematode. Further the plant is modified by means of a chimaeric gene, created in such a way.The technical result of the proposed process consists in obtaining root-knot nematode resistant plants on the basis of transformation thereof by means of a chimaeric gene.
Invenţia se referă la rezistenţa plantelor la acţiuni distructive, provocate de nematodul galicol javanez.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că pentru a obţine plante rezistente la contaminarea cu nematozii galicoli javanezi se efectuează identificarea genei plantei infestate, care este expresată în locusul nematodic nutritiv. Promotorul locusului nutritiv al genei se separă şi se fuzionează cu secvenţa, care codifică o moleculă ostilă infestării cu nematodul galicol javanez. În continuare planta se modifică cu ajutorul genei himere construite astfel.Rezultatul tehnic al procedeului propus este obţinerea plantelor rezistente la nematodul galicol javanez pe baza transformării lor cu ajutorul genei himere.
Для получения растений проявляющих устойчивость к заражению яванскими галловыми нематодами, осуществляют идентификацию гена зараженного растения, который выражен в нематодном питательном локусе. Промотор питательного локуса гена изолируют и ассоциируют с последовательностью, которая кодирует молекулу враждебную к заражению яванской галловой нематодой. В дальнейшем растение трансформируют при помощи химерного гена сконструированного таким образом. |
