The invention refers to medicine, in particular, to the therapy and obstetrics, and is provided for prophylaxis of chronical pielonephritis recidivation during the pregnancy. The proposed method comprises the phytotherapy, administration of the cianobacteria Spirulina platensis dry biomass in a dose of 0,5...1,0 g, 2...3 times a day during 28...35 days and the transcutaneous blood irradiation in the cubital vein region by the helium-neon laser rays at a wave length of 632,8 nm, flow power of 20 mW, exposure duration of 8...22 min daily during 7...10 days.
